Grandison Burnside, M.S.
Grandison is a USA Triathlon Association certified coach, USA Cycling Coach and Ironman triathlete. As a mother of three young children, Grandison understands the delicate balance of time-management and training.
Grandison’s Coaching Philosophy:
I enjoy teaching and coaching others to set goals, enhance their lives and stay fit through athletics. Running and triathlons have long been a part of my life and my happiness, and I honestly believe that achieving fitness goals can enhance the lives of all women. I love to see the athletes I work with grow and achieve goals while becoming “everyday athletes”.
I believe that teaching others life-time fitness activities & regular self-care can help lead to life-changing experiences and a positive self-image. By developing balance, setting goals and reaching those goals, we learn to de-stress, re-energize, & direct positive energy to those things in life that are part of our core.
As a mother of three young children, I understand the need for balance. Through the basic principals of TRIgirl, I strive to make triathlon a do-able sport for busy women. Whether you are a wife, a partner, a mother, a daughter or a sister, your happiness affects those people around you. I honestly believe that if you take care of yourself then you are helping to make the world around you a happier and healthier place.
I’ve crossed the finishline of countless events of all distances including five-Ironmans. I have a passion for training and racing and most importantly, celebrating my life and my health. I have maintained that passion throughout three pregnancies and look forward to many years of new adventures.
I look forward to providing both excellent service & knowledgeable care to all of the members of TRIgirl. My athletes are my hereos and I grow and learn everyday alongside them.

Cyndi Dambacher
Cyndi Dambacher first got into the sport of triathlon in 2003. Like many new triathletes, Cyndi’s first goal was simply to finish her first race. After one season training with an all women triathlon group, not only did she complete three sprint distance triathlons but
she completely fell in love with the sport. Cyndi most appreciates the comraderie within the triathlon community and, in particular, loves the support that women give to eachother. Cyndi has been part of TRIGirls since 2006 and is most proud of her recent achievement of completing her first full-distance triathlon, Ironman Florida. She attributes this accomplishment to the great teamwork, coaching and encouragement she has received through TRIGirl Training — not to mention a little hard work! Cyndi has been married for 11 years and is the mother of 4 children. In her spare time she works as a legal assistant and as a facilitator at a high ropes challenge course. Cyndi is also president of her neighborhood swim team and serves as a cheerleading coach for a competitive cheering squad. In her role as Team Leader, Cyndi is committed to helping first-time triathletes become comfortable with this rewarding sport and is particularly enthusiastic about being able to help each athlete realize their own personal strength. You can learn more about Cyndi on her BLOG .
