TRIgirl Training offers diverse training programs to suit your needs. Whether you are completely new to triathlons or a seasoned veteran looking to hone your skills, we have a program for you. Listed below is the schedule and pricing structure for each program we offer. All programs include:

Your fees cover the cost of the TRIgirl training program but does not include race entrance fees (usually around $50 per race). For everyone’s safety and protection, members are required to read and sign a standard liability waiver and complete an athlete information sheet (included in the Membership Registration Form) before participating in the TRIgirl program. Refunds are not available.

  • Sunday
    • Swim: 2:00-3:00PM University of Richmond
  • THURSDAY
    • Run: 6:00-7:00AM @ St. Christopher’s Track
    • Cycle: 6:00-7:00PM @ West Creek
  • SATURDAY
    • 8:00AM BRICK @ West Creek
    • (bike ride immediately followed by a run)
